Privacy Policy
1.1. Privacy-First Principle
The Company adopts a privacy-first approach in the design and operation of the Service. We seek to collect, process, and retain only the minimum amount of information reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and protect the Service.
1.2. Limited Technical Information
To maintain the stability, integrity, security, and fair operation of the Service, the Company may temporarily process limited technical information generated during the User's interaction with the Service.
Such information may include, but is not limited to:
- Temporary session identifiers;
- Encrypted or hashed technical identifiers;
- Connection metadata necessary for network communication;
- Protocol integrity verification data;
- Temporary anti-abuse or anti-cheat indicators;
- Other technical information reasonably required to detect, prevent, investigate, or mitigate abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, malicious activity, or attacks against the Service.
1.3. No User Identification Purpose
The technical information described above is processed solely for operational and security purposes. It is not collected, processed, or retained for the purpose of identifying individual users, creating user profiles, behavioral tracking, advertising, or commercial analytics.
1.4. Short-Term Retention
The Company follows a principle of minimal data retention.
Temporary technical and security-related information shall be retained only for the period reasonably necessary to:
- maintain service availability;
- protect the Service against malicious activities;
- investigate ongoing security incidents;
- recover from operational or technical failures; or
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
Once such information is no longer reasonably required, it may be permanently deleted, overwritten, anonymized, or otherwise rendered unusable. The Company does not intentionally maintain long-term archives of temporary security information.
1.5. No Sale or Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company does not sell, rent, license, trade, or otherwise disclose User information or technical information to advertisers, marketing companies, analytics providers, data brokers, or any other unrelated third party.
1.6. Disclosure to Government Authorities
The Company is established under the laws of the Independent State of Samoa.
The Company will disclose User information only where legally required under applicable law.
Requests originating from foreign governments, foreign regulatory agencies, or foreign law enforcement authorities shall not, by themselves, require disclosure.
The Company will consider such requests only after all legally required procedures applicable under the laws of the Independent State of Samoa have been properly completed, including any required judicial cooperation, mutual legal assistance procedures, recognition process, or other lawful procedures where applicable.
Where Samoan law requires judicial authorization, disclosure shall occur only pursuant to a valid order issued or recognized by a competent court of the Independent State of Samoa.
1.7. Security Measures
The Company implements reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures intended to protect information processed by the Service against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction.
However, no computer system or communication network can guarantee absolute security, and the Company cannot warrant that unauthorized access will never occur.
1.8. Policy Updates
The Company reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updated version shall become part of these Terms upon publication in accordance with the applicable provisions governing amendments to these Terms.
